As a member of BKK vor Ort you are in good company. No matter what happens, from the day of your signature you may trust that you have a reliable partner at your side in questions of health. Co-insured relatives also enjoy full insurance protection, all without a risk premium and additional rate.

Insured elsewhere? 

Change over and join us: Also if you are already insured with another health insurance you can change over to us at any time. The old health insurance membership can be cancelled within a two months period of notice at month end, if no period of commitment exists. Should the case of anew compulsory insurance arise after an interruption of membership for at least 1 calendar day (e.g. because of family co-insurance or membership in a private health insurance), you can change the health insurance immediately. Members are then committed to their new choice for the next 18 months. Your extraordinary right to cancel: The 18 months period of commitment does not apply for first time charge or increase of an additional contribution rate.
